A few weeks ago I tweeted about my little bundt cake I got from
Nothing Bundt Cakes. They have a shop in my neighborhood and it's next to one of my favorite burger places,
Boardwalk Burgers. So while I was waiting on lunch one day, I walked next door to check out the new fancy bakery. As all these ritzy, stuck up cupcake shops have started popping up everywhere in the last year, so I just assumed it would be similar. Much to my surprise two ladies greeted me and immediately started telling me about their cakes.
If you have been following me a while, then you know customer service is a huge thing for me. If a place has shitty service, I won't come back, but within 30 seconds of walking in
Nothing Bundt Cakes, I knew all the available sizes and flavors. The nine flavors to choose from are:
• Chocolate Chocolate Chip
• Pecan Praline
• Lemon
• White White Chocolate
• White Chocolate Raspberry
• Marble
• Red Velvet
• Cinnamon Swirl
I decided on the Red Velvet and I have already gone back twice and got another Red Velvet Bundtlet each time. I'm hooked on these little cakes. As for as the price...$4.11 (that's with tax!) I think is a great deal, compared to a $5 dry cupcake from unnamed, snobby bakeries.
Nothing Bundt Cakes has a variety of sizes as well, including mini cakes, bite size called a Bundtini, the single serving size, a Bundtlet and three different cake sizes.
